Dec. Donated $ 1000.00 to the goose bay 120 sled dog race and $500.00 to kids Christmas at goose bay.
Jan. Donated $ 500.00 to a family who lost everything in a fire.
Ira/vintage racers charge a $ 5.00 track fee for each racer to donate to the big Lake food bank.
Membership drives, we’ve had several new members as it is with the racing circuit. They come and go. We also now require membership for all the board members on AMMC and Vintage racers.
I have been working with Anchorage SNO-X lions to change their membership fees and dates to match ours. Jan. 1 thru dec. 31 $ 115.00 to carry the cost over for carrying them over an extra 6 months.
MSVSRC We have had 4 events in 2015 has gathered approx 150 pounds of non‐perishables that will be donated to the Big Lake Food Pantry on Jan 29. We also have a check for the Money comes from Racer Fee that we collect. Big Lake Food Pantry for $350. Volunteer hours is 125 hours

Since August Treasurer, Michelle Whittock, has logged a minimum of at least 100 hours reconstructing accounting records and monthly reconciliation reports.
In addition, please add 25 hours total for graphic work for posters.
Kyle, Amanda, Sadie, Jessica, Mike, Kollin, and Michelle collectively invest a combined total of 1/2 hour per day on the average so please log a grand total of 90 hours from Aug, 2014 – Jan 27, 2015 for reaching out to inform members & spectators with event updates and encouraging participation on all levels through our social media Facebook page.
